My inspiration come from my family. Many of my family members are artists focused on traditional Chinese painting. I hope I can give a retrospect to my family’s influence on me, and hence explore myself by shooting something related to them.   

I believe, as an artist working with camera, I am closely connected to traditional Chinese paintings, and Chinese paintings and I are intertwined, and this relationship pushes me forward in my artistic creation.
